I received a free copy of this book when I attended career night at a local Keller Williams agency. Since I’m on the verge of getting licensed to sell real estate, I’ve been thinking about my options. Once I’m licensed, I’ll need to associate my license with a specific broker, and there are few in the Real Estate business who have not heard of Gary Keller. He is a bona fide guru. It’s interesting – what I have read so far encompasses everything I already know about teaching, but it applies to a totally different field – real estate sales. I haven’t finished reading the book yet, but what I’ve read so far has made an impact. The funniest part is, there is nothing revolutionary about the information I’ve read so far. One might even say it seems like common sense. But I’m certain I might never have thought to apply these concepts in this way had it not been all laid out for me.
